Brackley & District Allotment Association collects information in the course of members joining the Association.

The accuracy of the data is dependent on the information supplied by the member when joining or renewing membership. This includes the following:

• Name

• Postal address

• Contact details, landline number, mobile number and email address

 

Brackley & District Allotment Association does not disclose private data to third parties, unless specifically appointed by the association under a contract to fulfil the requirements of the membership package or a specific initiative the individual has signed up to.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted.

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us on brackleyallotments@gmail.com and we will investigate.
